Since 1992 I have been involved with the thread rolling of precision lead screws. I am familiar with the Tesker, Kinefac, and Swiss made Thommen CNC thread rollers, which I had the pleasure to go to Switzerland to qualify for purchase. I have rolled lead screws as small as 1.8 X .375mm four start. 

I do the purchasing of dies, grinding wheels for the centerless grinder, tools, and tooling for the thread rolling section using the corporation’s Oracle software. I have worked with my engineering department often on die and thread design. I am know on a first name basic with the company that makes dies for me. I can do most repairs on all machines I have worked with over my 35+ years in the screw thread industry.
